I'm super excited to give the keto chai tea latte a try, it sounds delish! Do you think using regular milk would work to keep it low carb?

Thank you! It's really good. I wouldn't recommend regular milk in a latte as the carbs would add up. There's nothing wrong with using a dash of milk in coffee though! In this latte I'd stick with almond milk, macadamia nut milk or cashew milk (unsweetened) or even coconut milk for a creamier latte.
