There’s nothing like a good chocolate milk and this one’s keto and vegan friendly. It’s also ready in just one minute!

High protein, low in carbs and sugar it’s a firm favourite in my house. I love it after the gym as well to help refresh my muscles. Feel free to add a scoop of whey protein, collagen or l-glutamine to really help replenish if you’ve been training hard.

A chocaholics dream… and it’s positively good for you too.

I substituted coconut oil for the nut butter.  It was delicious.

Thank you Beverly, I'm glad you enjoyed!

This was surprisingly delicious!  I tried to make it without the almond butter at first because it seemed like a weird addition, but the cocoa would not blend very well.  So I added the almond butter and put everything into a blender and it whipped up beautifully!  It needed the extra fat from the almond butter, I think.  Also I ended up subbing about 2 T of erythritol instead of Stevia because my kids don't like the aftertaste of the Stevia.  Thanks for such a delicious and yummy recipe!

Oh I'm glad you enjoyed! It really does make a difference and makes the cocoa creamy 😊

I left some items out i knew id not want... i only put the cocao powder, i used almond/cashew mix milk, 2 tbsp of stevia, 2 tsp of vanilla  and it was amazing just like that. With that said i didnt try the full recipe but im sire it was evem better i jist dont care for nut butter in general.

Can you just use normal butter?

Regular butter is different because it's pure fat. Having said that you could use regular butter to make it "bulletproof" if you like: Bulletproof Keto Matcha Latte

How many calories is 158 kcal?

Calories = kcal, that is the amount per serving.

Fast and easy is always great. I love how you have keto versions of common food and drink.
