Did you thing you could never enjoy Vietnamese coffee on a low-carb diet? You finally can with my homemade keto version of condensed milk!

The recipe is really simple and you just need a Vietnamese coffee filter to make it. You can choose between my Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk (uses coconut milk) and Keto Condensed Milk (if you can do dairy as it uses butter and cream).

Note: Do not make the same mistake I did. As I realised, it's better to add the coffee before you put the filter on the glass to avoid the coffee grind falling through the filter into the glass.

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

Why is the carb count 1.7 grams per serving when you're using the same serving size (2 Tbls) as the Keto Condensed Milk recipe which says a serving is .5 grams? How to Make Keto Condensed Milk

Hi Joe, you found a small error! The carbs in the condensed milk are listed are per tablespoon, not two. I fixed that, thank you for letting me know.

This filter looks as if it inspired the Keurig machine and cups.

This is toooo good I would be drinking it all day.
