Hi friends, I have some exciting news for you!

The next update of KetoDiet & KetoDiet Basic has been released an is available to download! Make sure you have the latest version by launching App Store and switching to the Updates tab (or Google Play under the My Apps section).

50 New Keto Recipes

In this release we added 50 new low-carb and keto recipes exclusive to the KetoDiet App. As always new recipes are added at no extra cost! To browse through the 50 brand new recipes, simply type "new" in the search bar under the KetoDiet Meals section.

That brings the total to 1,300 keto recipes included in our app and still counting! So far we have:

  • 350 recipes in the KetoDiet Meals section, no in-app purchases or subscriptions required to access all recipes
  • 950 recipes in the KetoDiet Blog section fully integrated in our app (with more recipes added daily)

Over 30 New Restaurants

In this release we also added over 30 new restaurants to help you make the right choices when eating out. We verify every single entry to ensure the most accurate nutritional data and we don't rely on crowd-sourced data. Here are the restaurants we have added in this update:

Absolutely! We never had subscription fees or any other type of recurrent payments in our app. That has not changed. You only pay once — that's it!

The big benefit for me has been my cholesterol.  My doctor wanted to put me on statins, but after reading about their effectiveness and side effects, I chose to go try Keto first to see if I could eat my way to better health and lose weight at the same time.  My Triglycerides are now normal, and my HDL has increased...putting me in a normal range.  YAY!!!

The first benefits was to realise that inside my body subsided a low inflammatory background noise which disappeared totally thanks to the Keto diet and the second benefits is the  weigth loss.
I swapped to this diet neither for the benefits listed above, but I'm really pleased.
I was poisoned by mercury and developped a thyroïdite and felt like an urgency to swap to this diet.

Benefits have been many, but most astonishingly symptoms of autoimmune disorder that has plagued me for the past 8 years, disappeared.  Now have more energy, focus, less aches and pains and a fresh new and optimistic attitude. Best decision ever going low carb/keto. Bonus is the weight loss, but healthier living was the goal.

I lost weight.

Not only have I lost weight but I am healthier.  Within a few weeks of going Keto I became a diabetic in remission so no more do I inject 4 times a day and my high blood pressure is now normal and I am about to come off blood pressure tablets.  I was also taking statins for high triglycerides which are down to 2, sadly the specialists say the statins are here to stay.  Oh well, 2 out of 3 is not bad.   I love this way of eating and now cannot thing of doing anything else.   They say a leopard cannot change its spots but this one has!

Apart of the obvious loss weight, for me it the unexpected benefit has been a better mood! Less angrieness in my relationships, I suspect due to stable blood sugar.

By following a low-carb diet for the past 2 months, my entire outlook on life has improved.  My confidence has skyrocketed, my energy levels have soared, and I do not feel restricted like I have in the past when following crash diets.  I feel like I've made sustainable changes to my life, and coupled with working out 3x a week, I truly believe that I can achieve any goal I set my mind to.

I have been living Keto for 9 months now.  I have lost over 60 lbs and more inches than I can count.  My knees feel so much better, my mood is good, I sleep well and my mind is much clearer.  I feel like  I have finally found a program that is sustainable and I love!  The app is easy to use, has lots of ingredients and recipes that help promote options to keep me on track.  Love it and looking forward to the updates!

I think your site is great.  First it is very informative to those of us that are just starting out.  There is a lot of misinformation out on the web and you are able to break this down to make it clear and concise.  Second, I just can't believe all of the recipes that are actually out there and how easy you make them out to be.  I will definitely be coming back here!!  Thank you.

Hi! I purchased the app a couple weeks ago but am having trouble using it to track my meals. Is there a tutorial for “dummies”? Also, I don’t see the new recipes yet and haven’t received a notice to update - what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi Carol, you can get the latest version by launching App Store and switching to the Updates tab (or Google Play under the My Apps section). If you have iOS, you can find a guide under Menu > Help > How to Use KetoDiet (also here: ketodietapp.com/keto-diet-app/guideFilter). The features are very similar for Android. I hope this helps!
