I am so excited to announce my new book The Beginner's KetoDiet Cookbook! I've been working on this amazing book for the last 8 months and I just received the first early copy a few days ago. I love it and I hope you will too!

Why Keto Beginner's?

Keto has been gaining popularity and over the last few years, more and more resources have become available. On one hand, this is great news because you can now find loads of recipes and information which were previously not available.

On the other hand, with more resources becoming available, more misinformation has been emerging making it hard to distinguish personal opinions from facts, and myths from truths. We simply live in a world of information noise. If you are new to the diet, it just becomes overwhelming.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

Thank you Martina for such a fantastic beginner cookbook. I just gave it to my sister who is starting Keto and needs inspiration.  The recipes are soooooo delicious!  I made the Garlic Herb Focaccia bread for her and she was blown away, not only with how delicious it was, but also how low the macros are and perfect for Keto way of eating.  Love your recipes!  I plan on getting another of your amazing cookbooks!!!

A better variety of meal options!

I would like to lose weight permanently, and have more energy

I have been eating LCHF for about a year -on & off- it’s been great! I want to make this way of eating second nature, increase energy & hopefully influence my husband to do the same.

I would love to achieve feeling better, having more energy and losing weight is a important goal of mine. So far going Keto has worked out great for us.

Well, I have been a Low Carber , and I love the way it makes me feel and and have lost 40lbs. I would like to keep maintaining this healthy lifestyle while making delicious foods that keep me interested in eating this way. One of the most delicious way to eat and live😊

I already eat clean, but doing a keto diet would take it to the next level.

I would love to lose weight and have more energy.

My goal now that I'm changing over to a Ketogenic diet is to be healthier, hopefully eliminate my sleep apenea, acid reflux, and lose 115 pounds.  I didn't always weigh this much and didn't mind it so much when I was 200-ish, but I gained 55 pounds after a pulmonary embolism in 2014.  I'm pretty muh recovered but am exhausted all the time, an i believe that's because of the extra weight.

I would like to achieve a healthier gut

I can lose the weight faster.

I want to  lose the  flab  on my tummy.
