Why Quick Keto?

My aim is to show you that no matter how busy your life might get, you can always find time to eat healthy meals, even if you don’t have more than a few minutes to prepare them. This book is full of quick, easy-to-prepare meals that even a complete novice can make.

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

I want to lose  last  ten pound; i'm on keto since  2014 and it changed my life.

I am looking to start a more healthy me

Following the keto way of eating, I will walk all day wearing shorts or a skirt and not have inner thigh rub rash.

I've been on a keto journey for six months now, and aside for weight loss, which has been wonderful and forthcoming, this way of eating has completely changed my perspective on food and eating.  I'm looking forward to experiencing other health benefits as well, such as clearing up of acne.

Since I have been following ketogenic diet from the moment I learned about it on biochemistry classes, it is about the time to get a paper version of the recipes resources. I am looking forward to it, as well as to adding an additional useful book on my anyway rich bookshelf

My keto lifestyle goals are to feel better.  I want to have energy again and not have my knees hurt as much. I have lost 45 pounds in the last 45 months the last 5 being keto and not just low carb. I am feeling better all the time and even though I believe being 55 may have something to do with a slower weight loss than I would like I will continue eating this way.
