Jimmy-Joy's Keto Success Story

I am a 36 year old married mother of 5. At this point I am a full-time student and full-time caretaker for my husband, a disabled veteran with multiple sclerosis, and our five children.

I need to lose weight so I can be healthy and take care of my family. I have finally learned that to take care of them, I have to take care of myself. I have joined this challenge to help me get on track, I started back on Keto officially on October 24, and to give me extra incentive to stay strong during the holiday temptations.

Why Did You Join?

Weight loss and controlling IBS symptoms. My goal is to get to a healthy BMI.

What Helped You Stay on Track?

Knowing that I would be logging my progress every few days helped keep my keto diet on track.

How Has KetoDiet Helped?

My main goal for this challenge was to make it through Thanksgiving without any slip ups. Mission accomplished!
