Dear "C"  - can you, please, point me exactly to what we charge for or based on what conspiracy theory you came to that conclusion? I would love to know that because it seems you know more than me 😊 Or is it the fact that we give our participants 50% off in case they want to buy our diet plans? If that offends you then I suggest you steer clear of our blog & challenge.

I also wonder which conspiracy theory you fell for. This is my third challenge and I was never forced to pay for anything. I bought Martina's books and app because I chose to do so and because I appreciate everything she has done to help!

I want to join the challenge and I uploaded my photos, I have your app and some of your books but I don’t use Facebook or Instagram or any other social platform . Can I still do the challenge? If I buy your menu premium will I find new recipes that are not in the app or the blog?

Absolutely! In fact, we have a closed community only available to our members at ketodietapp.com/Challenges/Community.aspx (you will see a "Community" tab once you sing in). The recipes that are included in our premium diet plans are made of the recipes that can be found in the Meals section of the KetoDiet App. I hope this helps! 😊

Hi,
I'm new to the Keto diet. I'm not interested in this diet for losing weight, I have a couple of medical issues that I truly feel may be due to diet (from what I have read on various websites). My husband is interested in this diet as well - for weight purposes. I need to sustain my weight and he needs to lose weight. He can eat diary (LOVES whole milk) but I can not drink milk (all other dairy products are okay). Any advice on which plan to consider purchasing?

Hi Leah, I think you may want to try the free diet plans (2-week) first? One is dairy-free too (keto & paleo). You can find them in the Tools section once you join the challenge: ketodietapp.com/Challenges/ToolsView.aspx
The free diet plans are ideal for weight maintenance or slow weight loss. We also have 2 premium diet plans (4-week) - one of them is again dairy-free. The premium diet plans are ideal for weight loss. I hope this helps!

Does the 28 day meal plan have a lot of pork based recipes? I dont eat pork or ham?

Regarding the 28 day meal plans... I have a hard time digesting any dairy, with the exception of sheeps milk dairy. Can I do the full fat version and substitute certain cheeses and use coconut milk instead of cows milk? Or is it preferable to do the dairy free version? Thanks for your help!

Hi Christina, I'd do the dairy-free version just to be safe. In some cases cow's milk dairy can be substituted with sheep's dairy or dairy-free alternatives but it would be easier do to the dairy-free plan.
