I’m so excited about this. I can’t believe how out of shape I am.
I’m not having any Keto flu so far, fingers cross.

Hello!! I just downloaded the app and signed up for the challenge and I couldn’t be more excited! I actually make fitness apparel for a living ... and lately ... it’s felt like a bit of a lie because I have been having this nonstop overwhelming feeling of fatigue. I,m excited to see how well I do I have been doing keto 5 Months and have lost 36 pounds so far but have been at 177.8 for 3 weeks now hope to break the stall soon I started keto because I was told I am prediabetic and did not want to get type 2 Diabetes

Ok, I joined the challenge last night, I know my picture is bad-I forgot to write the sign backwards so you could read it! ;)
When i comes to progress, are we supposed to log our food somewhere daily, or we just show our final results?

Hi Kim, that's not a problem! As long as we can read it, this will be fine 😊 You can always take the photo any time this week if you wish to take a new one - a few days won't make a difference. Also, daylight is always better. The best way to track your progress is weekly - it's best to see changes throughout the challenge. I hope this helps!

I'm confused as to how the meal plans are 50% off? The original meal plan looks like it is $49.99, the "50%" off plan price is $29.99. I'm not the best at math, but even I know that that is not 50% off. Did I miss the coupon code? If you advertise 50% off, that is what you should be charging.

The 49.99 is original prize. The current price is 29.99 (this price is for everyone, not for challenge participants). I just was to lose 1 pound a week don't really care if I win or lose as long as I loss some weight I will be a winner

Of course! Everyone can join our challenge 😊 Just keep in mind that the premium diet plans are more suitable for ladies (men would typically have higher energy requirements). The free primal diet plan is more suitable for men.

J'ai Hashimoto depuis l'âge de 21 ans .J'ai 67 ans et l' énergie est de plus en plus inégale et la mémoire flanche par moment .
Mon mari vie avec un diabète avec gros besoin d' insuline depuis 10 ans .Son diabète est stable depuis que j' ai débuté l' essais de repas léger glucides  ,a 25 -30 gl. par jour .pour nous deux .
Mais , on a perdu un peu de poids , mais , on dirais que ca ne fonctionne plus pour nous deux .
Nous voulons participer , mais es ce possible que ne soyons pas '' publique '' ?
