I tried to join the challenge last night and again this morning but I’m not receiving the link to confirm.  It’s not in my junk mail!  HELP!

Hi Karen, I can see you created a profile and have joined the challenge (I checked for the email you used to comment and it seems to be the omne you used to join the challenge). I suppose you just need to sign in using your email and password, and then you can finish your profile (if you want to join the giveaway) - just click on the giveaway section and fill in the "before" part. We did send all of the emails so I'm not sure why you can't see them. I hope this helps!

I downloaded the 14 Day Keto Primal plan and in looking at the recipes they show the macro breakdowns but not the number servings for the recipe.  Am I missing something?

Hi Toni, the number of servings are listed in the Ingredients section. So the recipes would say something like "Ingredients (make 4 servings)" before listing the ingredients. I hope this helps!

I am vegetarian. The ast challenge I tried with you really was geared for meat eaters. Do you have strictly vegetarian plans? I would join again if you did.

I hope you do this again soon. I've been on steroids since April and they are just slowly weaning me off. I cant wait to get into ketosis afterwards!!

I have had Hashimotos for 12 or so years and am 31. No one has really given me guidance on my diet but I  would have assumed we, with Hashimotos, would want to consume less carbs even in the Keto diet. Can you tell me why you choose to do no less than 25 grams/ day? I had been thinking 20 would be ideal.
