How To Join

If you are new to KetoDiet Challenges, please, make sure you click on "Create a free account" when signing up. If you already have a KetoDiet account, simply sign in.

Once you sign in, make sure to join the current challenge here: 100-Day KetoDiet Challenge

If you want to be included in the our final giveaway, make sure you join us by Monday, 6th May. If you join after this deadline, you can still follow the challenge, but you won't qualify for the final giveaway.

Rules for Uploading Photos to Ensure Fairness

I only have about 10 pounds to loose. I just can't get rid of my stomach. Can you help me with so little weight to loose. I am 5 feet tall and weigh on average of 116 pounds. I feel way better at about 105 pounds. I have COPD and the extra weight makes me short of breath. I was up to 121 but have really watching my weight. Thank you for your time. I hope I hear from you before May 6th

Hi Barb, although we cannot provide personalised advice or personalised diet plans, we have a ton of resources including recipes, example diet plans and support in our members-only community where you can ask questions and join discussions. In your case because you have so little to lose, you will really need to keep an eye on your macronutrients and make sure you get enough protein. You may not need to lose any weight but instead gain muscle - it is hard to tell as I don't know what your body composition is. I think that 105 lbs sounds low although it may be fine for your frame. It is always better not to focus on the weight but rather focus on your body fat percentage. I hope this helps - keto on!
