Members-Only Keto Community (Beta)

We created a new keto forum for KetoDiet Challenge members only. Running a secret Facebook group proved to be counterproductive, as only a fraction of people were able to join the group. We will keep the secret Facebook group active for a few more weeks during the transitional period.

Community support and accountability are the most powerful tools to help you achieve your goals, all without the distractions and privacy concerns of public forums. Anything you post in our keto forum is private to our community and we'll never make it public.

Disclaimer: anyone can take a screenshot and we cannot prevent this from happening. However, anyone that shares information from our forum without permission will be banned.

New iOS Universal App (coming in January)

After months and months of hard work, we are close to releasing the universal iOS KetoDiet App (many of you have already joined our beta testing program). Once it's released in January, you will be able to track your progress using any iOS device (iPhone and iPad) and you data will be synced between them. Android is our next milestone and will be out later in 2017!

New Keto Diet Plans (coming in January)

I've been working on two brand new 4-week keto diet plans that will both be released in January 2017. Both diet plans are optimised for accelerated fat loss and are ideal for women.

Future Plans for the KetoDiet Challenge

We will keep adding more features. Below is the list of some of what we will work on in 2017:

  • Integration with the KetoDiet App. We plan to enable participants of KetoDiet Challenges to sync their progress with our App.

I wanted to encourage everyone to do this challenge because I've done keto for the last 4 months, I've lost 37 lbs. and had my bloodwork checked, and my cholesterol levels continue to stay in range, no elevations! This works! I can now get my knee surgery!!

Ready to get healthy Got a date with a surgeon in May he said I MUST lose 40 lbs to get the surgery done  

I am ready to do something! and Jan 2nd gives me some time to clean out my cupboards and do some shopping. Plus get my head wrapped around it!  Today I weighed in at 220lbs... YIKES!  I want to get down to 180lbs... So I have a clear goal! Let's do this!

After failing miserably I trully want to start again. I totally believe in this WOE as a healthy way to reverse all metabolic diseases.
