Has anyone tried using coconut cream instead of the cream cheese? I would like to make these but can't eat dairy. How about the butter? Coconut oil maybe?

Hi Kim, you can definitely make they dairy-free. Coconut oil or palm shortening (sustainable) in the base and then coconut cream instead of the cream cheese, and coconut yogurt instead of the whipping cream for extra zing. Or just use all coconut cream and add a teaspoon more of lemon juice.

Absolutely delicious! I love your no bake cheesecake recipes and I sure will pencil this one in for Thanksgiving. The chocolate cheesecake ganache and the strawberry jars were spectacular. Thank you!
