It's been over a year of hard work (and fun!), and I'm so excited to finally announce my new cookbook. Why Quick Keto?

My aim is to show you that no matter how busy your life might get, you can always find time to eat healthy meals, even if you don’t have more than a few minutes to prepare them. This book is full of quick, easy-to-prepare meals that even a complete novice can make.

Quick Keto Meals in 30 Minutes or Less includes over 100 delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks, that are quick, easy, varied, and delicious. All recipes are:

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.
