New KetoDiet Blog is Live

Our new blog is now LIVE!!! After months of hard work and valuable feedback from my readers, I have a brand new blog!

So what's new? We've improved the layout and made it easier for you to find what you are looking for. Here are some of the new features:

1) We've added a "Start Here" page that will navigate you through the most important posts on my blog. This is great not just for beginners looking for basic tips but also also for frequent visitors.

2) All diet plans, guides and articles are now easier to find. Simply click on "Diet and Nutrition" or "Reviews and Giveaways" to find out more.

3) Printing recipes: You can now print any of my recipes. Simply click on a recipe and look for the "print" button on top of the post.

4) Recipes now have allergy-friendly filtering: You can now find a recipe based on your dietary requirements. You can, for example, select options to see all breakfast meals that are dairy-free, nut-free and egg-free! Simply click on "Recipes" and select your preferences.

5) We've added newsletter subscription so you can get weekly updates. If you're interested in participating in my weight loss challenges, make sure you subscribe. I'm planning to start a new challenge in about a week - details will be announced within the next couple of days!

Note for KetoDiet iPad & iPhone users: We are planning to add similar functionality to the KetoDiet Apps (allergy filtering, blog favourites, etc.) in the upcoming updates of KetoDiet.

Again, thank you for your feedback and your support!

Thank you, Martina.  Maybe I'm slow with technology, but can iPads sync with each other?

Hi Kristin, they can sync but only if you use the same account and restore your backed up data on another device using the same iTunes account. The app will not sync with another device that uses a different iTunes account. Also, we have now been working on a universal app which will allow people who have both the iPhone and iPad to use either for tracking their progress.

Thank you for developing this site.  I really dislike taking the time to add all the data into the site, but you have made it very easy.  Plus there's not another way of knowing how Keto I'm becoming with my macros.
One question,  is there a way to sync devices with the Keto App?

Hi Kristin, thank you! When it comes to syncing between devices (iPhone and iPad) please, have a look at my post here: KetoDiet App FAQ (point 2 and bottom of the post for our future plans).

Looks amazing!  I was thinking about you and your site this a.m. and wanted to visit for some new ideas and inspiration - BANG!  Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!  It really shows.  YOU are appreciated!

Thank you Kibby! Smile
