Our new blog is now LIVE!!! After months of hard work and valuable feedback from my readers, I have a brand new blog!

So what's new? We've improved the layout and made it easier for you to find what you are looking for. Here are some of the new features:

1) We've added a "Start Here" page that will navigate you through the most important posts on my blog. This is great not just for beginners looking for basic tips but also also for frequent visitors. New KetoDiet Blog is Live

2) All diet plans, guides and articles are now easier to find. Simply click on "Diet and Nutrition" or "Reviews and Giveaways" to find out more. New KetoDiet Blog is Live

3) Printing recipes: You can now print any of my recipes. Simply click on a recipe and look for the "print" button on top of the post. New KetoDiet Blog is Live

4) Recipes now have allergy-friendly filtering: You can now find a recipe based on your dietary requirements. You can, for example, select options to see all breakfast meals that are dairy-free, nut-free and egg-free! Simply click on "Recipes" and select your preferences. New KetoDiet Blog is Live

5) We've added newsletter subscription so you can get weekly updates. If you're interested in participating in my weight loss challenges, make sure you subscribe. I'm planning to start a new challenge in about a week - details will be announced within the next couple of days!

Note for KetoDiet iPad & iPhone users: We are planning to add similar functionality to the KetoDiet Apps (allergy filtering, blog favourites, etc.) in the upcoming updates of KetoDiet.

Again, thank you for your feedback and your support!

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

I really love your blog!
However, you do not make it easy to subscribe to your newsletter!!!
I need something simple like: "Subscribe Here"
I don't do apps, so using that to introduce to the newsletter won't work for those of us who don't use apps.....
I was subscribed under a different email, but my email changed and I wasn't able to edit my subscription, so unsubscribing then subscribing under my NEW email is what I'm trying to do.....
Please: HOW do I subscribe to your newsletter?

Thank you Carol! You can tell I've not done comments on older blog posts for a while... 😊 That's how is with newsletters, I wish it was easier but it's just best to unsubscribe and then resubscribe with a new email. We now have a pop up on the blog so you should see it quite often but if not, here it is: ketodietapp.com/free-stuff

Thank you, Martina.  Maybe I'm slow with technology, but can iPads sync with each other?

Hi Kristin, they can sync but only if you use the same account and restore your backed up data on another device using the same iTunes account. The app will not sync with another device that uses a different iTunes account. Also, we have now been working on a universal app which will allow people who have both the iPhone and iPad to use either for tracking their progress.

Thank you for developing this site.  I really dislike taking the time to add all the data into the site, but you have made it very easy.  Plus there's not another way of knowing how Keto I'm becoming with my macros.
One question,  is there a way to sync devices with the Keto App?

Hi Kristin, thank you! When it comes to syncing between devices (iPhone and iPad) please, have a look at my post here: KetoDiet App FAQ (point 2 and bottom of the post for our future plans).

Looks amazing!  I was thinking about you and your site this a.m. and wanted to visit for some new ideas and inspiration - BANG!  Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!  It really shows.  YOU are appreciated!

Thank you Kibby! 😊

looks wonderful.... As always.
I especially love your step-by-step recipes with photos.
Thank you for everything you do!

Thank you Shelly, I really appreciate that!

Looks great! Good job, as usual!

Thank you Veronica!!
