These shrimp cocktail deviled eggs are a fun cocktail appetizer. The cocktail sauce is homemade with plenty of horseradish and lemon for that classic tangy bite.
Eggs, especially egg yolks, are a keto-friendly staple and they are one of the healthiest foods on the planet. They are high in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals such as choline, B12, vitamin A and selenium. They will help you keep your blood sugar levels stable and your heart healthy.
Feeling hungry? Try one hard-boiled egg with a sprinkle of sea salt! In fact, many people find it easier to lose weight when they swap nuts with eggs for snacking. Although you will unlikely need to snack when you follow the ketogenic diet, eggs are one of your best options. One of the reasons they are so good for weight loss is that they contain the highest quality protein that will help you stay full for longer.
