Additional features for the iPad:

  • KetoDiet Progress improvements (autoscaling for charts, performance improvements, simplified UI).

  • Numerous other improvements (new KetoDiet ingredients for creating Custom meals, several bug fixes).

Also, we would like to let you know of an issue we discovered on the current version of both KetoDiet and KetoDiet Basic. One of our recipes unfortunately contains incorrect information. This is a problem that has been corrected in the upcoming update. More specifically, below are the correct ingredients and nutritional values for Coconut Chocolate Indulgence:

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

Yes!! I am jealous of all the ipad people. Would really love this for android. I guess I will console myself with the kindle book for now...

Laura, we would love to make it for every platform, but there is so much work and everything takes a lot of time, even more than we expected. Right now, we are working on a universal version for both iPad and iPhone (KetoDiet Basic for the iPhone doesn't have the "planner" at this moment).
For now, I would recommend either our Kindle book, or simply follow our blog and track your progress using My Fitness Pal.  We are still working on this website and there will be an easy way to follow our posts.

Hi Ariana, we want to make it for more platforms so that even other than iOS users can use our app. Unfortunately, I can't tell you when it's going to be done - it's a lot of work. Currently, we are working on a universal app for the iPhone & iPad and on a Kindle book (to be released in a couple of days). In any case, I will keep you updated!

Thank you! I adore this website. I've been doing Keto for 17 days now, and I love it. I feel better, I'm not getting sick all the time, and I'm not as tired all the time. (It's significant for me, I work overnights. Blegh.) I'm going to start using your recipes to see if I can get my boyfriend to convert. Thank you!
