Ingredients (makes one log, about 175 g/ 6.2 oz)

  • 125 g unsalted butter, softened (4.4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese (50 g/ 1.8 oz)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Use a fork to combine thoroughly.

  3. Place the mixture on a piece of baking paper and form a log. Wrap in cling wrap, smooth out even further while wrapping. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
