This low-carb cilantro-lime slaw goes great with any BBQ dinner! It also is the perfect topping to burrito bowls, keto burgers, and will work as filling for keto tacos.

Bright colored veggies are so important to our healthy wellbeing. Vegetables with bright or deep pigments such as red cabbage contain phytonutrients that help counteract oxidative stress and slow down aging. That's why you should "eat the rainbow" and include a variety of keto-friendly foods in your diet.

I have made this 3 times in the past few weeks!  I love the flavor combination with the fresh lime and fresh cilantro.

Thank you for your lovely feedback!

Hi there!  This recipe is fantastic😊 Yum!I was confused tho because on the cover page for the recipe, it says 2.3 net carbs.  When I adjust the recipe to 1 serving, it says 16.8 net carbs....then when I add it to my diary for lunch it says 25.3 carbs.  Help!!!!!!!

Hi Rhonda, I think you may be using the whole recipe and count it as 1 serving. I think I know what's happening. What I think happened is that you cloned this recipe, and in the edit mode you changed the recipe from 6 servings to 1 serving which gives me those 16.8 g net carbs. This means that you're using ingredients for 6 servings total but only count it as 1. I hope this helps!

Thank you for this great recipe. But if I may ask as you say and I quote
"Vegetables with bright or deep pigments such as red cabbage contain phytonutrients that help counteract oxidative stress and slow down aging."
How about a 65yrs old person will it have any effect?
I look forward to your response.
Thanks
