Just made the feta burgers from this list – oh my, they’re amazing! Perfectly juicy and the flavor is spot-on! Thank you for making my meal prep so much easier.

Thank you! Those are my personal favorite 😊

These recipes look fab! Like, where do I even start? Gonna jump on the salmon broccoli cake train. Thanks!

Just tried the salmon broccoli cakes and they're amazing! I think fish cakes might be my next favorite thing.

These recipes all sound delicious and so handy for meal prep! ❤️ Really curious if fresh or frozen broccoli works better for the salmon cakes? Absolutely thrilled to try these next weekend!

Thank you Mae, either one would work well. Although frozen broccoli is more tender to start with, you may need to briefly steam it too to make sure it's not undercooked.

OMG, these recipes look awesome! ❤️ Am I the only one who just discovered chaffles? LOL I must have been living under a rock. Needless to say that I just ordered the tiny waffle maker 😂

Oh yes, these have been around for a while 😊 I actually wrote a cookbook with 75 chaffle recipes: ketodietapp.com/books

I must have made the creamy chicken salad with cilantro dressing a million times. I just love that recipe. Now I've got more to go through. Challenge accepted!

Awww thank you! Glad you like it ❤️

All these recipes are mouthwatering! Simply super. Doing the Greek chicken bowls sounds like a tasty place to start. How do you usually serve it? Stone-cold or warmed up?

I don't mind these cold but some people may prefer heating up the meat and cauliflower rice a bit. In that case you'll need to store the salad & dressing separately. So I say serve it cold, it's simpler! :-D

The greek chicken bowl is a definite winner ❤️ great for meal prep and absolutely delicious!

These dishes sound perfect for busy weeks! I tried the low-carb tuna cakes and they are sooo simple to make. Loved storing them for quick lunches, definitely helps stay on track. Great roundup! 😊

Wow, these recipes all look truely yum! I am super excited about the salmon broccoli cakes, totally ideal for a quick meal. Do you think the caprese frittata would hold up well as a cold lunch too? Time to stop buying lunch like forever! 😊

I don't see why not 😊 Warm or cold - it's tasty either way!

So excited to try these recipes! The Salmon Broccoli Cakes looking amazing. How long would these stay fresh if stored in the fridge?

They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freezer for 3 months 😊

Haha I was just looking for some lunchbox options. You're reading my mind! Love the sound of the chicken salad with ranch.

That's a favorite of many of my readers! 😊

Loving these ideas! 😊 Really wanna start with the egg salad, but the frittata’s calling my name.

don't know where to start with these recipes 🤯 Everything looks so delishhh

Mmmm the Greek chicken bowls look especially tasty! I've tried a few from the list already so I know this will be a winner.

Wow, all these recipes look sooo good! 😍 I can’t decide which one to try first! That Greek Feta Burgers seem amazing, but I’ve always wanted to perfect my tuna cakes. Anyone tried reheating the leftovers? Dunking buying lunch from campus! Totally doing meal prep this week.

The tuna cakes are perfect for reheating but can even be eaten cold 😊
