Popsicles are one of my favorite things about summer! The options are literally endless and kids and adults alike love them. These Keto Superfood Fudgesicles are a totally fun low carb treat. You’ll never know that they’re sugar free! The base couldn’t be simpler with just a few ingredients then the toppings are only limited to your imagination.

When topping the popsicles you’ll want to work quickly since the drizzle hardens really fast. I like to dip or drizzle one popsicle at a time and add my topping right then. Bee pollen and cacao nibs are two of my favorite toppings but freeze dried raspberries and cacao nibs are also delicious! What toppings will you choose?

Hi! Love this recipe, as it is winter in the southern hemisphere, I'll have to wait to make it. In Argentina we do not find swerve or erythritol. Can this be substituted by sucralose?

Hi Paula, you can use other low-carb sweeteners from this list: Complete Guide To Sweeteners on a Low-Carb Ketogenic Diet - I hope this helps!

Made these yesterday
Just having one now. So yummy and easy to make. I'm going to cut down on the cocoa next time. It's too chocolaty for me.

Awesome, I'm glad you liked them! I'm the exact opposite, I like my chocolate very dark and bitter! 😊

We are having a very hot week in the 80s and 90s so I made these, without drizzle or toppings, and they are simply fabulous!!!  Highly recommend.

I'm glad you enjoyed Kate!
