These low-carb Mini Espresso Tarts are just about as pretty as they are delicious. The shortbread like crust with the creamy sugar-free chocolate espresso filling is a match made in heaven and will for sure cure any sweet tooth craving.

I topped the tarts with a few espresso beans but blackberries would be equally as delicious and provide a fresh tartness to the tarts. After refrigerating, let the tarts come to room temperature before serving, as this allows the filling to soften from the coconut oil.

Bonjour
Merci pour la recette
Est-ce bien 1/4 tasse d’Erythritol pour la garniture ?
C’est bon mais très sucré
Bonne suite
Fabienne 👩🏻‍🍳😊

Hi Fabienne, I hope I got this right - I used Google Translate. So the 1/4 cup is in the filling which shouldn't be too much for 4 servings (that is only 1 tbsp per tart). There's also 1 tbsp sweetener in the crust but that is per 4. If you still find it too sweet, you ca use just half - sweetener to taste! 😊

Merci beaucoup !😊👩🏻‍🍳
