These low-carb Berry Cream Jars are the perfect easy summer dessert. With just a few simple ingredients you’ll have a healthy treat that’s packed full of nutrients from fresh berries and a delicious vanilla flavored whipped cream.

I’ve added in some macadamia nuts for heart-healthy fats and some crunch. I just love how buttery macadamia nuts are and they go great with the berries. It's a sweetener-free keto dessert that is naturally sweet from berries and cream but feel free to add any low-carb sweetener like stevia.

I used strawberries and blueberries for the classic patriotic red, white and blue effect but feel free to swap out the berries for blackberries, raspberries, or any other fruit. Just beware of the carb count in fruits if you follow a keto diet.

This quick keto dessert is easy to scale up for family gatherings and the Fourth of July celebrations!
