Have you tried chaffles yet? I created a step-by-step video guide to show you just how easy it is to make chaffles that are crispy on the outside and soft inside. No cheese bits and no eggy taste!

This is a simple low-carb recipe for satisfying breakfast meals, quick snacks and easy desserts. You'll learn how to make:

All chaffles are made in a 4-inch Dash Mini Waffle Iron which is perfect for small waffles. If you don't have one, feel free to use regular sized waffle iron and make larger chaffles instead.

If you like chaffles, make sure to check out my new book! It will be released in just a few days, on June 31 and I can't wait to see what you guys think!

I've been working on this book since summer 2019 and it was so much fun. I started with a few basic ideas and gradually developed more recipes including chaffle sandwiches, donuts, and even cakes. If you could only see my freezer back then — full of chaffles! :)

Some of the recipes are using my basic blended batter (see video above) and some are using a fluffier, more cake-like version that works really well in sweet treats.

You'll find over 75 sweet and savory chaffles like chaffle corn dogs, sloppy joes, garlic bread, lasagna bake, chaffle eclairs, s'mores, caramel slice and even birthday cake.

And if you order my new book, I have a surprise for you! I created an ebook with 5 bonus chaffle recipes and I'm also including both of my 30-day diet plans. Everyone who orders my book will get all of these gifts directly via email.

To claim your gifts, simply follow these steps:

Once I get your email, I'll send you 5 bonus chaffle recipes and both of my premium diet plans — all instantly via email!

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

Is it possible to preorder for the kindle version? I’d love to preorder, but have to limit the # of physical books that I have. Thanks!

Hi Amanda, I asked my publisher about Kindle and generally speaking all new book releases are printed only. This is to ensure that their initial costs are covered and they can sell the copies that have already been printed. After a few weeks (or in rare cases months), the Kindle version becomes available. However, at this point I can't tell you exactly how long that will take.

Thanks for checking on that for me Martina! I really appreciate it 😊 I always check out your recipes especially when looking for something a bit unique. I really appreciate that you guys have a healthier approach and don’t liberally douse everything with cheese. Don’t get me wrong...I love cheese... but can’t justify the huge amounts some keto recipes call for. I’ve bought just about all of your books because I want to do what I can to support you guys. With my approach to this lifestyle (watching the dairy intake) I don’t think that a physical Chaffee book will the best fit. Definitely ordering, though when the kindle becomes available 😉
I just have to say how much I loved your zucchini hummus. I love hummus and I’ve been having to sneak small amounts of my son’s when the mood strikes. This was so easy to make; he tried it for the first time yesterday and kept coming back for more. I hope I can stop buying the other stuff because it was super quick and easy to make. It’s also pretty expensive to buy when trying to avoid the garbage oils they use. Thanks again for everything you do!!!

Thank you so much Amanda, I really appreciate your support! It means a lot to me, more you can imagine
I know what you mean, it's good to have a balance. I don't eat cheese every day and when I do I mostly use A2 dairy as it's easier to digest and typically less processed.
I'll be sharing a chaffle guide on my blog soon and will give some dairy-free options although I do have to admit they are not as good as cheese.
Based on what you are saying I think you are going to love the next cookbook I've been working on. It's a collab with 3 more people including a scientist, a celebrity fitness expert and a chef. It's more than a cookbook although the recipes are a big part of it. They are all optimised for nutrient density and the best fat profile (high in MUFAs and Omega 3s). I am just about to submit the manuscript so it will take 6-8 months to publish. I am beyond excited about this project!
