Even if you don't want any of these books in this event, it's definitely worth signing up as there will be many other books events over the next few months. Even if you don't have a Kindle, you can still read the books on your device or computer. Simply download a free Kindle reading app!

I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

Registered @ buck books the day before, march 2, but didn't receive the email stating the avalaibility of the ebooks. As i'm super busy, i missed the deal. /me sad 😞

I'm sorry to hear that Greg! Unfortunately, I didn't run the event so I'm not sure what went wrong. If you have an iPad / iPhone, I can at least send you a free copy of my app? Please, let me know.

That's kind of you 😄
Unfortunately i haven't got any iOS device, only Android ones.
BUT i'm looking forward to buying your books any time soon.
;)

Thank you Greg - an Android app is also in our to-do list! 😊

I prepared a fat bomb from the recipes today avocado and bacon. I could not import it into my food for the day and now can't find it.    I should have taken a snapshot...  Sorry to be a clutz. Can anyone explain how to make a recipe on the app part of my foods

Hi Maz, Thanks for your feedback. Click on the last tab in the iPad app (integrated blog) and tap on the green button that says "Yes, add it to my custom meals". Then, it will be added to the Planner and you can find it in your custom meals. The best way to find any blog meal is to write "blog" in the search box. For example, "guacamole blog". Hope this helps!

Also, if you want to customise this recipe, you can use the "create similar" button and change the ingredients to your liking.
