Do I need this Diet Plan or you App for the KetoDiet Challenge?

No, it's not. There is only so much free content we can provide. Over the years, I've shared over 450 low-carb recipes, guides and tools, organised several challenges and created 3 free diet plans.

All this is very rewarding, but also takes an incredible amount of time to create and maintain.

Well first of all I would like to lose weight. I have put on a bit of weight over the last couple years and, at 46 years old, I know that if I don't get it off now it will be very difficult to remove later.

I have had recurring thyroid cancer since 2005 and because my body is resistant to the radiation therapy, doctors monitor my thyroglobulin to find cancer in the body.  Somehow Keto helps to keep my thyroglobulin levels in check. When I first started the diet a few years ago the results were such that we had to lower my medication for the first time in ten years. I recently had a baby and have fallen off the plan a bit. I am refocusing my efforts to get back into the Keto-swing of things and believe this challenge will help.

Hi there,
I would like to learn and really understand the ketogenic approach to eating.  I feel like I know bits and pieces of it, but I don't have a good, solid foundation.  Meal planning and creating a grocery list are the two things that keep me from following/starting this way of eating.  It is very stressful to me.  I have lost weight on a keto lifestyle before, but lack of the foundation that I believe your diet plan and guide can provide is what keeps me gaining the weight back.
I just recently finished my Master's degree (12/16/2016).  The last semester of graduate school was pure hell.  I gained 25lbs quickly due to lack of time and planning (I also work full time, am a wife and mom, and volunteer) and what I thought at the time were higher priorities.  I can feel it sitting on my lower back/butt.  I am the heaviest I've been in ten years.  Getting started is the hardest part for me, but I feel that 2017 is my year to dedicate to my physical and mental self, cause goodness knows I'm educated!  Smile

I coach over 123 triathlon athletes. I am getting older and training is tougher than ever. In order to succed in this sport, you need to keep your weight at bay, and most of all, you need to teach your body to use fat as fuel for long distances like the Ironman distance. long story short, I need to give the example to my athletes on how well keto works. I have been using a ketogenic diet to prevent seizures for two years with amazing success. Hi Martina,
I want to battle my depression and anxiety on the KetoDiet Challenge. A friend told me about the wonders of Keto back in November of 2016. I made a resolution for this next year to hustle and heal (mind, body, spirit). I made the decision to stop spending my money going out to eat and drink. I've learned how to to budget and buy good keto-friendly food to stock up my fridge and freezer. I just graduated college and am stepping out into this world sans anxiety from "when's the next assignment due, am I going to pass??". It's so great to have a fresh perspective on what I can achieve in this world, starting with changing the way I see myself! Winning this giveaway would mean saving money I should be putting toward paying back my student loans. I've been having a blast experimenting with Keto recipes I find online, but a guide would really help keep me on track.

To be successful in reducing and maintaining my weight. I need to lose around 25-30 pounds, and no matter what I have tried my body will not release more than about 5 pounds.
it has been three years since my divorce, after being together almost 40 years. The emotional aspect cannot be overlooked. At 63, hormones can also have an impact. Considering bio-identical hormone replacement.
I have been gluten and sugar free since 2010. Considering removing dairy at this time.

I want to continue to improve my health. It is never too late. I have been eating low carb for a couple of years now and have lost 35 lbs. I am maintaining without any difficulty, but I feel I need to fine-tune the way I eat to steer clear of the low carb products that I know are processed and contain ingredients I do not need in my body. I am 67 years of age and do not look or act it. Now it is time to continue to improve my way of eating and not just maintain as I have been doing.

So much!!!
That is - when I'm eating healthily (is that even a word?!) I find I am so much calmer, more peaceful and more in control.  I think that's obviously to do with hormone balancing and so forth - but, more importantly for me - I think it's because I am respecting myself and treating my body well.
As tangible goals - I would like to lose 8-10kg's, and feel energetic.  Really 'be the person I'm meant to be!'  At the moment, and for the past couple months, I have been going through quite a bit of personal turmoil - feeling completely flat/tired all the time, and rather oomphless..., and need to get my life back together... and I think this challenge is just the thing I need!

My KETO journey is different from. Most, it's not about loosing weight anymore ,it's about maintaining my weight while staying lean  and adding muscle mass.
