This week I'd like to share my thoughts on an exciting keto product called Coffee Booster which you may have spotted amongst the prizes in my 90-Day KetoDiet Challenge (winners will be announced this week!).

What is Coffee Booster?
Coffee Booster is a fat-based supplement that can be blended with any hot drinks, typically coffee or tea. Just blend it or shake it into a hot drink and you are good to go. And don't worry, it won't taste greasy.
Why Add Fat to Hot Drinks?
When following a low-carb diet, adding healthy fats to your coffee or tea can help you increase and maintain your energy levels throughout the day. Try it for breakfast instead of a regular meal and it can help reduce hunger cravings. As always, you should keep an eye on your calorie intake and make sure you don't over-consume fat.
Who Is Coffee Booster For?
Whether you make "butter coffee" on a regular basis or you are still thinking of trying it, Coffee Booster is a convenient option and great when travelling.
Coffee Booster contains:
- Virgin, cold-pressed coconut oil. Coconut oil is naturally high in MCTs which provide a quick energy boost and are great for performance.
- Grass-fed, clarified butter (ghee). Ghee is great for those who can't tolerate butter.
- Raw cacao powder. I've always been a fan of mocha and I love the addition of raw cacao powder in my coffee.
- Lastly, there are no sweeteners. I don't use sweeteners in my coffee and I love the pure taste of Coffee Booster. And if you prefer your coffee sweet, you can always add a healthy low-carb sweetener, such as a few drops of stevia or a teaspoon of Erythritol.
You can buy Coffee Booster on Amazon or at CoffeeBooster.net
