UPDATE: This offer has expired

I've been quite busy this week trying as many recipes from the Primal Life Kit as I could. The amazing 97% sale ends on Monday 28 April 11:59 pm Pacific Time so you still have time to get hundreds of recipes, diet plans and more. The offer includes well known titles such as Well Fed 2, Cavemen Feast and 21 Life Lessons from Jimmy Moore - all for just $39!

With so many recipe e-books included in this offer, I decided to focus on keto-friendly meals.

I recently got a few questions about the bundle sale and would like to clarify a few things.

  • If you bought the Primal Life Kit last year, there are 36 new products and 10 new discounts in this sale that were not in the sale last year.
  • Yes, it is a real thing. It may seem too good to be true, you will indeed receive everything the sale says.
  • You will not be charged for anything else beyond the $39. You're not automatically subscribed to any other product in the bundle - this is a one-time charge.
  • You will never, ever be able to get this bundle of goodies again after Monday, April 28th at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

My recipe contributions

Here are the two recipes I have contributed to the bundle sale:

Bacon & onion soufflé (2.4 g net carbs) Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Porky cauli-tortillas (2.3 g net carbs) Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Both of them are dairy-free and require less than 15 minutes hand-on time. I've created these meals exclusively for the Chowstalker Community Cookbook which includes more than 130 delicious recipes from over 90 contributors.

Other recipes

There are literally hundreds of recipes included in the Primal Life Kit Here are some meals I have tried and loved:

Thyme-braised short ribs from The Clothes Make The Girl, included in the Well Fed 2 ebook (5.5 - 9.5 g net carbs per serving, depending on whether you use balsamic or other types of vinegar).

This is one of the best paleo cookbooks I've ever had. You won't find many treats but that's what REAL food is about. You may need to substitute or skip a few ingredients (sweet potatoes, root vegetables, honey, etc.) to adjust to your needs and meet your net carbs target. Overall, this book is worth at least half of the bundle price. The author, Melissa, has done an incredible job putting together great recipes, beautiful photos and helpful cooking tips. Also, it's one of the best books for cooking newbies because it's so easy to follow! Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Crock pot pulled pork from Civilized Caveman Cooking, included in the Caveman Feast ebook (~ 2 g net carbs per serving without honey).

This must have been the best pulled pork I've tried. If you like spicy food, you're going to love this one. The authors, George Bryant and Abel James have created 200+ more healthy recipes for this ebook! As always, it's a paleo cookbook, so you may need to substitute or skip some ingredients to reduce the net carbs content. Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Greek meatza from Kate Koger, included in the Chowstalker Community Cookbook (~ 5.5 g net carbs per 1/4 meatza).

Most of you have already tried cauliflower, almond or coconut crust pizza. Have you thought of skipping the crust altogether and using meat instead? It's perfectly keto-friendly and the spices used make it taste divine, especially if you like Mediterranean cuisine. Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

German fauxtato salad from I Breathe I'm Hungry, included in the Chowstalker Community Cookbook (~ 2.5 g net carbs per serving). Very refreshing, great summer salad - delicious like many of Mellissa's recipe creations! Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Curried chicken salad from Food Renegade, included in the Simply Salads by Season ebook (~ 5.5 g net carbs per serving). This salad was very easy and quick to prepare. For a keto-friendly version, I skipped the honey used in the dressing. You could still use a low-carb alternative but I thought it was not necessary :-) Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Reuben benedict from Cavegirl Cuisine, included in the Just A Taste of Cavegirl Cuisine ebook (~ 4 g net carbs per serving), recipe is also found on her website.

This is my new favourite breakfast meal. I think it's absolutely ingenious - all the ingredients included are superfoods, especially the sauerkraut and eggs. And there are 40 mouthwatering recipes the author has included in this book just for this sale! Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Tex mex breakfast from Paleo Plan, included in the 21-Day Paleo Cleanse ebook (~ 7 g net carbs per serving). Delicious breakfast meal using simple ingredients and ready in less than 20 minutes - I loved it!

This e-book is ideal for those who follow the autoimmune paleo diet (AIP). The recipes are simple, quick and use common ingredients. Although it's focused on AIP only, many recipes are keto-friendly - this book will help you make the right AIP choices while staying low-carb. Not only you'll find over 50 healthy recipes but also a detailed guide, 21-day diet plan and shopping list to help you stick with the diet. Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Easy chocolate pudding, Eggnog gelatine pudding, Caffe late gelatine gummy bears and Golden milk stars (I used different molds for both) from Grass Fed Girl, included in the Easy Paleo Gelatin Treats ebook (< 1 g net carbs for the gummies, chocolate pudding: ~ 9 g net carbs, eggnog pudding: ~ 6.5 g net carbs per serving). These treats are so simple to prepare that I could easily make four of them in just half an hour. The author, Caitlin, uses stevia which is ideal for the ketogenic diet! Product Review: Primal Life Kit (Spring 2014)

Sugar-free ginger spice cookies from Healthy Recipes Magazine, included in the 30-Minute Paleo Dessert Recipes ebook (~ 2 g net carbs per cookie).

This cookbook is great for those with busy lifestyles. All the recipes included are easy and quick to prepare and use commonly found ingredients. You'll find 30 paleo desserts and useful paleo cooking tips. Although most recipes use honey or maple syrup, you can easily swap them for low-carb alternatives. I changed the way I ate in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. I had no energy, and I found it more and more difficult to maintain a healthy weight.

That’s when I decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food.

Thanks for trying my ginger spice cookies!

You're welcome Louise, it was my pleasure! Thanks for the delicious recipe - they were gone the day I made them! 😊

Those cookies look divine!!! I make my keto cookies from almond butter, stevia, cinnamon and egg. 3 grams net carbs and taste delish!

That's the best and quickest way to make keto cookies! I make mine from almond & cashew butter 😊

I have the 30 Minute Paleo Dessert book and I really like it. The truffles there are phenomenal!

The truffles are great! I used powdered Erythritol & stevia to make them.
