Spiced Cocoa Coolers aka Frozen Fat Bombs

|Spiced Cocoa Coolers aka Frozen Fat Bombs

Fat bombs are keto-friendly snacks great for those who find it hard to boost their fat intake on a LCHF diet and those following the Fat Fast. I also included a dairy-free option for those who follow a strict paleo diet or can't tolerate dairy. Enjoy and let me know what you think! :-)

Those look amazing! Will be making those tomorrow Smile

Thank you Gemma! Hope you like them! Smile

Just tried these and they taste great - although I might have mis-measured on the cayenne Smile
Question - the picture shows layer separation between the cream and chocolate -which looks great. My results were just all chocolate, no layers.  Was there something special to achieve the layers?

Thank you Ed! Actually, the separation was an accident and the chocolate separation is the cocoa powder and cinnamon which settled on the bottom of the tray Smile

I'm very excited about this recipe!
Which of the paleo books in the dollar sale would you say is keto-friendly?

Thank you Linda! Just to let you know, I had to remove the Paleo sale event from this post because the sale was only for 25th November. From all the books, I've got Primal Blueprint, The Paleo Kitchen, Beyond Bacon, Everyday Paleo, The Ancestral Table, Gather, the Art of Paleo Entertaining and Easy Gelatin Treats. The last book mentioned has a few sugar-free, keto-friendly recipes. All of these books are low-carb but mostly paleo which means that you may have to substitute some ingredients (avoid tapioca flour, honey, maple syrup, etc. and use keto-friendly options such as almond and coconut flour, stevia and Erythritol). Hope this helps!
