Hi Edward. thank you for the screenshot. If you can try to sign in again, you should get an error message with an error number in it (see attached screenshot below). If you let me know what the 'error Id' is then I can trace it back on the server and figure out what is causing it. Thank you!

Edward, just to let you know that I found the root cause - I will need to update a server component later tonight to fix the problem. I will let you know when it's done. Thank you for reporting this.
