I have keto on both my iPad & IPhone 6s Plus,same passwords/Email but unable to sync all data .
I have been putting data on my iPad when I cook as bigger and easier to use when preparing food, when I initially saw that all data could sync I tried it by logging out and back in again on both devices but it only briefly transferred a food item (chicken) after that it wouldn't work again even though I have logged out on both and logged back in again several times.
If it helps I am part of the beta testing .

Hi Clare thank you for reporting this. Could you please take a screenshot of the data that is different on the two devices? (a screenshot on each device so I can compare please). Also if you can check the sync status on both devices under Profile > Account & Sync that would be great. Thank you!

Just to add to my previous reply: If the sync status (under Profile > Account & Sync) shows a red plug on either device, it means it's offline and doesn't sync.

Hi Nikos, ok I was just doing what you needed picture wise and it suddenly just all updated ? The problem started when I couldn't log in my account kept coming up with error messages for a day, maybe everyone overloading the server maybe? But the iPad keeps signing me out this is the problem I have just noticed but it's all synced now 😀 Thank you for your help x

Thank you for letting me know Clare. We had a problem on our side with a server going offline. it should be all good now and I'm keeping an eye on it. We have minimal redundancy for beta testing but once we deploy the proper cluster in a few days things should be a lot better. Thank you!
