Hi, I'm unable to sign into my account through the app. I even tried to create a new one through the app and use that but it errors, says account doesn't exist and invalid password. Is this just because it's a test environment?

Hi Cherry, are you sure the password is correct? On the error message you see there is a reset password link. If you tap on it you can reset your password (you will receive an email with a password reset link). I hope this helps, thanks!

Hi yes, 100% sure. I even signed up with a new emails ddress to try and it didn't work. Haven't tried since though, so will do and comment again if still an issue. Thanks :)
