I have an issue with the beta app - I realised I had duplicated an entry in my customised ingredients so deleted one but it won't delete and remains in the list.

Thank you reporting this - it will be fixed in the next update. As a workaround, kill the app and relaunch -- any deleted custom meals won't be visible.
