You never have to pay twice on the same platform. Please follow the steps below.
iOS (iPhone / iPad): In KetoDiet Settings tap on Restore Purchases to fetch your original purchase receipt.
Android: Android automaticaly detects existing users, if that's not the case please contact us.

No, we don't offer this service. This is a support portal for the KetoDiet app only. You can report any issues and ask questions regarding the app. If you are looking for personalised advice, please, contact a dietitian or speak to your doctor.
We'll be happy to give you tips or share your questions on our Facebook page, in the KetoDiet Support Group or in our Challenges community.
If you do need to speak to a professional, you can contact a qualified low-carb / keto expert.
How do I sync between devices?
iPhone & iPad#
To sync between multiple devices you need to sign-in using the same KetoDiet account under Profile > Data Sync. If you don't have a KetoDiet account you can create one (it's free). Once you sign-in the data from all your devices will be merged into your online account and kept in-sync.
Please note that internet connectivity is needed to be able to sync your data. If a device is offline then it cannot receive or send any data updates.
My devices won't sync?

If any of your devices fails to authenticate then syncing will be paused. Follow the steps below to perform a sign-out followed by a sign-in to ensure you get a fresh set of authentication tokens.
Internet connectivity is required for the steps below.
On all devices please check the status under Profile > Data Sync (you'll need to wait a few seconds for KetoDiet to connect)
If any of the devices show an offline status then please follow the steps below:
- Under Profile > Data Sync, select 'Switch >', tap on 'Sign out and use Local account' & confirm as needed
- Switch back to Profile > Data Sync, select 'Switch >' once more. Your online account (email) will be listed
- Tap on 'Switch to this account' to sign in (Do not tap on 'Unlink account', it will remove your data.)
- Enter your online account password if asked and you will be signed in. Syncing will resume within a few seconds
Can share my recipes/ meals with another user?

Can I log my daily food?

Yes, you can. To log your food switch to the Planner, pick a day and add a meal or snack to it.
How do I cancel my subscription on iOS (iPhone/iPad)?
