Prosciutto Wrapped Halloumi


Step 1Preheat your oven to 220 °C/ 430 °F (fan assisted), or 240 °C/ 465 °F (conventional) and line a large baking tray.

Step 2Cut the halloumi into 8 sticks and the Parma ham slices in half longways. Wrap each stick in a slice of Parma ham.

Step 3Place on the oven tray, seam side facing down. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through.

Step 4Remove from the oven and serve while still. Optionally, dip in some low-carb Ketchup or BBQ Sauce.

Step 5Store, in a covered container, in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
