Keto Peppermint White Hot Chocolate


Step 1Break the white chocolate into small pieces. Use sugar-free white chocolate sweetened with Erythritol, FOS or Xylitol or make your own Keto White Chocolate (I use heavy cream powder and powdered allulose for best results).

Step 2Place the almond milk, cream and white chocolate into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over a medium-high heat (the milk will start to foam) while stirring. Take off the heat and mix in the vanilla and peppermint extract.

Step 3Pour into glasses to serve.

Step 4Optionally, serve and optionally top with whipped cream on top and sprinkle with crushed sugar-free candy cane (xylitol based candy cane is recommended).

Step 5Enjoy hot!
