Step 1 Preheat the oven to 175 °C/ 350 °F (conventional), or 155 °C/ 310 °F (fan assisted). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2Take a bundle of green beans (6-8 at a time) and wrap in a piece or two of prosciutto. Repeat until you’ve wrapped all of the green beans, arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
