Super Creamy Keto Hot Chocolate


Step 1Place the almond milk, cream, erythritol and cinnamon into a saucepan.

Step 2Bring to a boil over a high heat (the milk will start to foam). Then, take off the heat.

Step 3Add the unsweetened chocolate and almond butter (plus any of the suggested extras if desired). Whisk while they are melting to combine.

Step 4Use an immersion blender and pulse until creamy and frothy.

Step 5Serve and optionally top with whipped cream and more cinnamon.
