Step 4Lower the heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat. If you're using an instant read thermometer, it should read 60-63 °C/ 140-145 °F.
Step 5When done, transfer on a plate, cover with a foil and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving. You can use splatter shield, it's great for catching spat oil.
