Step 1 Pour the wine into a medium pot.

Step 2Add the orange wedges and cranberries.

Step 3Add cloves, cinnamon sticks and star anise.

Step 4Add the Erythritol.

Step 5Bring to a simmer over medium low heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
