Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200 °C/ 400 °F (conventional), or 180 °C/ 355 °F (fan assisted) and place a rack over a aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Place the bacon in a single layer on the rack.
Note from Martina: I prefer to use a lower temperature setting and bake it at 135 °C/ 275 °F for 60-75 minutes. This way you will avoid burning it.

Step 2 Whisk together the tamari with the spices then pour the mix into the Swerve and mix together.

Step 3 Brush the mixture over both sides of the bacon then roast for 40-45 minutes until crispy. Allow to cool before serving.

Step 4Store the bacon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat by placing it under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
