Low-Carb Irish Mule Cocktail

Step 1Add the ice to a copper mug and top with lime juice, Irish whiskey, and ginger beer.
Note: If you are using my Homemade Low-Carb Ginger Beer, you'll need to mix 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz) of the Ginger Beer concentrate + 3/4 cup sparkling water.

Step 2Give it a stir and garnish with a slice of lime. Serve immediately.
