Low-Carb Cranberry & Walnut Baked Brie

Step 1 Preheat oven to 175 °C/ 350 °F (conventional), or 155 °C/ 310 °F (fan assisted) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Step 2 In a small pot over medium heat combine the butter, low-carb sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange zest.

Step 3Add the cranberries and simmer just until they have popped.

Step 4 Stir in the nuts.

Step 5Place the brie on the baking sheet and top with the cranberry mixture.

Step 6Transfer to oven and bake 10 minutes or until it’s hot and gooey in the center.

Step 7Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a 175 °C/ 350 °F oven until hot, about 7-10 minutes.
