Step 1Preheat the oven to 150 °C/ 300 °F (fan assisted), or 170 °C/ 340 °F (conventional). Roughly chop the almonds and pecans.
Step 2Place all the dry ingredients—the almonds through the salt—in a mixing bowl and combine well. Add the egg white, melted butter, ghee, or oil, liquid stevia, and water. Mix well until the mixture resembles crumbly dough.
