Keto Yum Yum Chicken Slaw


Step 1Prepare the Yum Yum Sauce by mixing all of the ingredients: mayonnaise, tomato paste (or sugar-free ketchup), Sriracha, powdered sweetener, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Step 2Thinly slice the onion, cabbage and grate the carrot. To shred the cabbage, you can use the slicing blade of your food processor. Shred the chicken breasts into small pieces.

Step 3Place all the vegetables in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken and the prepared sauce.

Step 4Mix it through until everything is well coated.

Step 5Sprinkle with sliced spring onions, toss to combine and serve. Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
