Keto Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken


Step 1Place 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, the salt, and the pepper on a plate and dredge the chicken through it to coat.

Step 2Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear the chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown, remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 3Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, and sun dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook 1-2 minutes.

Step 4Pour in the heavy cream and the remaining parmesan and whisk to combine.

Step 5Add the chicken back to the skillet and cook 5 more minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve alongside low-carb sides such as cauli-rice.

Step 6Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, reheat on the stovetop over medium heat.
