Keto Strawberry Chocolate Bark


Step 1 Combine the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 1 minute increments until melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or a glass bowl on top of a small saucepan filled with a cup of water over a medium heat.

Step 2 Pour the chocolate mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.

Step 3Top with sliced strawberries then transfer to the freezer for one hour until set.

Step 4 Cut or break into pieces.

Step 5Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
