Keto Roasted Berry Popsicles


Step 1Preheat oven to 190 °C/ 375 °F and place the berries on a baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes until they start to caramelize.

Step 2Place the berries in a bowl and mash.

Step 3In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, vanilla, lime zest, and lime juice.

Step 4Divide half of the berry mixture into 8 popsicle molds (approx 3 oz/ 90 ml each), top with yogurt mixture, the top with the remaining berry mixture.

Step 5Freeze popsicles for 3-4 hours or until solid. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
