Keto Jalapeño Cheese Bread


Step 1 Preheat the oven to 190 °C/ 375 °F (conventional), or 170 °C/ 340 °F (fan assisted) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs and Greek yogurt.

Step 2Add coconut flour, psyllium husks, salt and baking powder.

Step 3Once smooth stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 4Add the diced jalapeños.

Step 5 Press the dough into a 2.5 cm/ 1 inch thick sphere on the baking sheet. Top with remaining cheese and additional jalapeños if desired.

Step 6 Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and fluffy. Cut into 8 squares.

Step 7Serve warm or let it cool down. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
